This is a hard plastic toy made in the fifties or sixties. I can't find any maker marks, but it appears to have been made by RENWAL or IDEAL. It is a bicycle powered ice cream cart or wagon. The red top of the cart slides open and the bicycle pedals turn. There is a metal bell attached to the handle of the cart. The entire thing measures 4 & 1/2 inches long. The condition is FINE to EXCELLENT with no chips or cracks. There is a fine surface scratch on the top of both curved side fenders, but no significant damage. This toy is guaranteed to be old & original or your money back.
