When your order has successfully shipped, you will receive an email ship confirmation with tracking information. Subsequently, your order will be marked as "Shipped" on eBay.com. • The following carriers and services will be used for media purchases: USPS First Class, FedEx Smartpost, USPS Standard Post, UPS Ground

• Selecton of carrier will depend on weight of package, geographic location of customer, and selection of shipping speed selected by customer during checkout

• When purchasing multiple items within the Media category, we do offer combined shipping rates. Unfortunately at this time eBay does not provide shipping discounts automatically during checkout. You will need to complete payment in full and then contact us via email to request a refund of the shipping discount. We charge $3.00 for the first item and $1.50 for every additional item purchased. NOTE: Combined shipping is only offered for items in the Media Category (DVD's, Blu-Ray's, and CD's).

If requesting a refund, you will be responsible for returning the media back to us at your own cost and original shipping fees paid will NOT be refunded.

• Over 99.99% of the time, video playback issues such as "audio quality is low" or "video quality is not clear" is a direct result of the equipment being used (i.e., Standard TV vs. HDTV vs. 3D TV or DVD player vs. Blu-Ray player). Different equipment setups may produce drastic audio and video quality results.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

All items sold from Gold Trader USA come with a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee from date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or are experiencing issues, we are here to help you. You can always email or call us for assistance with your purchase prior to initiating a return.

You must notify Gold Trader USA via email within 14 Days of delivery requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please make sure to include your full name, mailing address, and eBay item number.

• If you are returning your item due to a non service/repair related issue, i.e., not satisfied with your item or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for shipping the unit back to our facility at your own cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded with your original payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If you are returning your item due to DOA (Dead on arrival), physical damage, or other service/repair related issue, Gold Trader USA will assume full responsibility of your item and email you a pre paid shipping label and have your payment refunded in full. All items will be inspected prior to initiating a refund. Please make sure to include all accessories and/or documentation or your refund will be delayed. If there is any evidence of tampering, misuse, or if the item is not received in its original physical condition, your refund request will be denied.
