We ship within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) and excluding holidays. Orders received as late as 1 PM on a business day may be shipped out that day or the day after.

Shipments are either UPS or USPS (Continental USA and Canada). International orders will be shipped USPS. Shipments going to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and or Alaska are subjected to a $15 surcharge on top of the standard price as listed.

We do ship to international addresses. Buyers are responsible for any international customs, government taxes and duties that may apply. International and out of continental USA orders may also be delayed up to 5 business days prior to shipping to ensure that all paperwork and customs information is complete.

We accept payment by credit cards pays via PayPal. Immediate payment is required. Payment needs to be received within 24 hours of purchase or the transaction may be cancelled.

We warranty all of our products unless otherwise stated for 30 days. To obtain more free information about this, please use the ask seller question feature. Warranty card will be included with all orders. We only accept returns for exchanges on defective products only. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in resalable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. For Warranty/Returns we only exchange for exact / same product purchased. A 10% restocking fee applies all returns to help cover original shipping charges, marketing fees and transaction fees. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee.
