Shipping method:

1."DHL/Expedited"(8-12days arrival after payment is done),only available for a few countries.

2."Epacket/economic shippping"(by post service worldwide,20-40days arrival).

**Please do make sure you can collect the package at your address,and your phone number left is correct and available.If your package is not picked up after failed delivery because no one is at your address,the mail company/post office will return your package soon back to us.In this case,the postage you paid is not refundable.

DHL:USA,Canada,United Kingdom,France,Germany,Australia,Italy,South Korea,Japan,Singapore,Spain.

*We don't ship by DHL to all other countries,because the risk at local customs(high tax may be charged to buyers,then package may be returned),but you can contact us about how to pay extra to get DHL shipping,if you agree to pay any possible tax charged in your country.

Customs tax:

Note:the customs of some countries try to charge very high taxes to DHL packages.The import tax and any other local tax is buyer's liability.If you refuse to pay the tax and ask the mail company to return the package,postage both ways and all fee will be covered by the buyer.We will subtract the total cost during the failed shipping from your payment,and refund you the left.

Return:

If your order don't arrive within 5weeks,please contact us by ebay message,we will help to find out the current status of your package by contacting with our local post office.If the package doesn't arrive within 6weeks since you paid and the order was shipped out,you can ask us to send another package with the same items in your order,or get a full refund.

If the items you ordered are not as described or have quality problem,please take clear photos to show the problem and send it by message.If the problem you show us is true,we will arrange an exchange and cover the postage,or offer you other proper solutions.
