Warranty & Returns

10* Year no quibble warranty *5 year warranty for all "Battery" operated models. We offer a no quibble 10* year warranty on all parts** on all of our products from the date on your invoice. One must have this invoice handy, as we will need proof of purchase of the product for any sort of warranty claim.

14 Day Right to Cancel Items must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be broken we must be informed of any transport damage within 48 hours of delivery. We offer a 14 days no quibble money back returns scheme. Item must be as new with all packaging and must not have been installed. The item must be sent back at the buyers cost. Please check before purchasing if you are not sure 01225 560101. All faulty items are replaced free of charge including postage costs by us.

Please note: Once your mirror or cabinet is installed & fitted to the wall we cannot give you a full refund. So please check the product suits your requirements before you install. Returned products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:
1. You return your product without proof of purchase
2. Without original complete packaging and parts
3. If you have installed the product we cannot give a full refund.

Fitting

All fixtures and fittings are included in the box so you can put your Mirror/Cabinet on the wall as soon as you receive it. If you need more information then please call or email for a full explanation on fitting and how the Mirror/Cabinet and its different features works.

• RGB Colour Changing LED waterproof light bar fitted to underneath of cabinet.

FAQ

1. How does the sensor work?

You need to wave your hand 3-6 inches away to activate/deactivate.

2. Does the mirror illuminate when I walk in front of the mirror?

No, it's an infra red sensor not a motion sensor. You need to physically wave your hand near the sensor.

3. Where is the sensor located?

The sensor is located on the bottom/side of the frame and not on the front of the glass. You can rotate all of our mirrors and if you do this the sensor will naturally change position.

4. Can I isolate the sensor so the led's come on with my bathroom lighting?

5. Can I use the shaver socket with the lights off?

Yes, the shaver socket operates with an independent rocker switch, so you can charge shaver/toothbrush with the mirror lights off.
