Peltz Famous Brand Shoes will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for a refund only, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping receipt to you. We no longer are able to handle exchanges, please re-place the order with the shoes you wish to purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe box must be shipped back with an outside carton. Please do NOT tape up the shoe box to mail the product back to us, there will be an $8 restocking fee per shoe box mailed without an outside carton.Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
