Shipping

All FREE shipment items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class service, most items are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday & excluding Public or Bank holidays) and usually take a couple of days to arrive however Royal Mail ask that you allow up to 15 working days as per their T&C's.

All EXPRESS 24 & 48Hr shipment items are sent using DPD Interlink, most items are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday & excluding Public or Bank holidays) and usually delivered next working day however DPD Interlink ask that you allow 2 working days as per their T&C's (for some out of areas postcodes deliveries might take slightly longer).

All EXPRESS 24 & 48Hr shipments are made by DPD Interlink and will require a signature, deliveries take place between the hours of 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday & excluding Public or Bank holidays) the courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us, please ensure someone is present to sign for the item, if you have provided an email and mobile phone contact number you will automatically receive tracking details and updates for your delivery including a delivery time slot usually within 1 hour of delivery, should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery at full cost.

All INTERNATIONAL shipment items are sent using UPS or DPD Interlink, most items are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday & excluding Public or Bank holidays) and usually delivered within 3-7 working days.

Returns

At Electrical-Direct we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, occasionally, we know you may want to return items. To do so, firstly contact us about your return within 30 days receipt of the goods through EBay messaging system, via email karolina@pass.co.uk or by telephoning +44 (0)1642 631668 / 0800 247 1600 and we will be more than happy to provide further instructions.

If you choose to open a return request and it has been authorised, please write the RMA number that will be supplied clearly on the packaging or the return will be refused by our warehouse staff. All goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service, this is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility, so this is an important process.

We accept the return of all orders as long as:

  • The goods are deemed to be faulty or defective
  • The goods are returned in their undamaged, original packaging
  • All accessories supplied with your product are present
  • The equipment is in its original condition as sold

We cannot accept the return of software and media products if they’ve been opened. If the goods do not come back to us in a resalable condition the goods will be returned and no refund will be issued.
