• Combined Shipping Discount:
  • For items paid for together during one instance of checkout, pay full price for first item and half price for each additional item
  • Combined shipping is allowed within 4 days of first item won

    • Shoes won on 1st day of the month and shipping is $9.95
    • Win two more pairs of shoes within 4 days
    • $9.95 for 1st item, $4.95 each for the 2nd and 3rd item
    • Total Shipping is $19.90 rather than $29.85

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

• RETURN CONDITIONS:
  • Wrong item shipped or defective items are eligible for a full refund and NO restocking fee
  • International and Canada returns are not accepted
  • All other returns are charged a 10% restock fee to cover expenses related to processing the return and relisting the item
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless The Hitch-N-Post is in error
  • All items must be returned in the original condition with all original packaging and the original box
  • Please try on the shoes on carpet or a surface that does not soil or damage the outsoles

• RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) by contacting us through the ebaY message system or 
  • The Hitch-N-Post service team will send you a RMA e-mail with instructions to return the item.
  • The RMA e-mail must be enclosed with the returned item(s)

• RETURN PROCESSING:
  • Refunds are issued via PayPal or to credit card within 3 business days of receipt of item in our returns department in Augusta, Georgia

• EXCHANGES:
  • Due to limited inventory and the nature of our business model, we generally do not permit exchanges

We buy overstock, store returns, manufacture defects, and first quality items and offer these brand names to our customers at a reasonable price.

Manufacturers may require that our merchandise be marked in a manner to prevent returns back to the manufacturer or its retail stores and outlet stores.  There are no express, limited, or implied warranties by the manufacturers, vendors, or The Hitch-N-Post on any of the merchandise we sell to our customers.
