Communication:

Our staff works very hard Monday - Friday between 9am and 17.00pm (the amount of e-mails enquirers we receive every day could be between 300 -700 e-mails a day), depending on how busy we are we may not answer to your inquiry immediately (unfortunately sometimes there is not enough time in the day to answer) or it may take us up to 24-48 hrs to get back to you this may depend on the inquiry especially if the staff needs confirmation from the head office or if the email was sent to us on Saturday-Sunday-Bank Holiday, this may even take up to 72 hrs for us to get back to you, apologies for this in advance. Although 99% of our customer receive their products within 2 days we DO NOT guarantee this service, we pay our couriers for 1-2 days service but is NOT a guaranteed service so please take note of this and allow up to 3-4 working days before you decide to contact us. 

Notifications:

Most of our couriers may notify you upn delivery arrival via "Text Message" or "e-Mail" you, this method only works if we have your mobile phone number or your e-mail address, if we have this information then we will feed it automatically on the couriers systems.

Many e-Bay sellers would promise delivery and text etc. etc. Well we DO NOT! We don't because if we did it would be a "Promise" and unfortunately we cannot "Promise" how and when our courier will deliver for the simple fact that the driver could be lost in traffic, the amount of time within a working day sometimes is NOT enough, also the weather conditions need to be taken into consideration etc. etc. So please take this into consideration and leave FAIR FEEDBACK! As per distance selling regulations if you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting, YOU MUST contact us we will then authorise the return, you can return it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the returns postage.

Therefore, return the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost if you are not happy with this simply check other sites/sellers terms and conditions.

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive back to us in a perfect and unused condition (as supplied with all tags etc.) for the refund to be issued.
