Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days from payment processing. Please be aware that your order may be processed on the following business day after you check out.
All domestic shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground service. Please contact us for Overnight and Second Day Air shipping before you place your order.
International buyers: You are purchasing a product designed for use in North America. The power and transmission requirements may be different then in your local country, please make sure to follow all applicable use and safety regulations.
Shipments for international export, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, military addresses, and Canada require an additional 3-4 business days of processing time before shipment.
International and Postal Shipments:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
- Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" because US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- International orders are shipped via various air cargo carriers which are selected by our warehouse when your order is processed.
- Shipments to PO boxes, military, and US addresses outside the contiguous 48 states may be sent via USPS.
- Heavy or over-sized shipments may incur additional shipping charges or be rejected by the post office.
- Not all addresses are serviced by our shippers, additional charges may be required for delivery to some locations.
- Please contact us before placing your order if you require combined shipping for multiple items.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including freight charges on any defective or ship damaged item.
- Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives, we only accept reports of shipping damage within 14 days from delivery
- We understand that our customers may change their mind after purchasing a product.
We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
- All returns must be shipped to the appropriate facility for processing.
Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 21 days to be issued after your return is received.
- When you complete your purchase, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order.
The information you submit with your PayPal payment will be automatically processed.
We cannot update your address, split shipments, combine shipments, or cancel your order.
