Tektites are unusual, glassy, pitted rocks. They are said to be created by an Asteroid Impact which fussed bits of earth into glass. These bits of glass then fell back to earth as "showers". If you have always wanted to own pieces of a Falling Star, but could never afford it, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE.
