Return Policy
We offer 14-day returns. Simply be sure that we receive the merchandise you wish to return within 14 days from the date you originally received it in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. If there are any signs of wear, damage, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you at your expense. Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all actual shipping costs. Keeping Your Items in Returnable Condition
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Additional Product-Specific Return Policies:
- Jewelry:
- To return a jewelry or watch order that falls within our standard 14-day return policy, send your item back for inspection.
- An expert jeweler inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to stringent guidelines. Only Couture, LLC accepts only new, unworn, unbroken, and non-altered items for return and refund.
- Condition requirements: Looks new, unworn, no evidence of wear, and needs no refurbishing; in original box/tags/manuals/pouches/etc; attached Mylar tags must be unbroken and untempered.
- Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Please always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
- Clothing: Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment and remove jewelry before trying on garments to prevent snagging.
- Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sleepwear, consumable products, and items marked FINAL SALE.
Defects and Returns Due To Our Error:
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you must contact our customer service immediately after delivery. Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned for a full refund. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
How to Send Back Your Return:
It's easy! Click on "Return This Item" in your Purchase History. If you decide to use your own label, ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Only Couture, LLC cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. So, please pack carefully with extra padding and boxed for protection. Any damaged returns will be sent back at the buyer's expense. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Refunds & Processing Time:
Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for the return to be processed. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You can get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

We take our own pictures. We do not use "stock" photos. Feel free to use our pictures as references but do NOT copy them without our permission. Due to lighting and computer monitor settings there may be variations in color of the item pictured. We will do our best to describe the item. However, we cannot spend the labor to list every single detail of an item such as texture, pattern, closure, fit, etc. We do encourage you to enlarge the photo for further detail.
