All dates displayed by ebay are ESTIMATED only and are in accordance with the Royal Mail guidelines which can be found on their website

All UK items are sent using Royal Mail First Class post.  This is estimated at 1-2 working days but the Royal Mail do not consider anything lost until 10 working days have passed.  First Class is not a guaranteed service.  We offer a Guaranteed next day delivery option, if you need your item quickly please use this option.  Higher value orders will be sent using a tracked delivery option at our cost which is 48 hour delivery.

Overseas items are sent using Royal Mail Airmail.  This does not have tracking and NORMALLY takes anywhere between 7-10 working days, but the full international delivery process can take a maximum of 25 working days (but this is rare).  We do offer an option on all listings for you to choose to have your item sent tracked and/or signed.  This will provide some tracking information and priority handling but again does NOT guarantee a delivery date.  If you need your items urgently please contact us for a quote for an International courier.

We will happily accept returns for refund on any unopened and unused items within 21 days of receipt.  Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your item will be returned.  

We will only cover the cost of return postage for faulty items (we will send a pre paid returns bag out to you, we can not refund any postage costs for items returned not in the pre paid bags) - you will have to pay the postage for any items returned for any other reason.  

We aim to ship your item within 1 working day.  Occasionally this may be a problem and we will contact you straight away if we are unable to do this.

Please be aware all balloons are sent uninflated unless it states differently on the listing.  Latex balloons can look very different in colour when flat.  You will see the true colour of the balloon when inflated fully.  Latex balloons are measured by the size when inflated - any latex balloon under 11 inches is only for use with air and can not be helium filled.

Foil balloons are measured when flat, so the size will decrease slightly when inflated.  Any foil balloons under 18 inches are suitable for air filling only (unless stated).
