LEICA I Rangefinder Made in 1930 Converted by Leitz to Leica II

35mm RangeFinder Camera made by Ernst Leitz Wetzlar complete with:

NICKEL Elmar f=5cm 1:3,5 Prime Lens

In Very Good+ Used Condition!!
In Fully Working Order!!

Camera:
This particular camera was manufactured in 1930 as Leica I and then was returned to Leitz factory for ''upgrade'' to Leica II model!
Both finder & rangefinder produce bright images and RFr patch is well defined.
Shutter is working on all speeds. Shutter curtains are in sound condition.

 LENS:
Glasses are free from scratches, small amount of cleaning marks.
There is natural haze on inner elements. The haze is spread evenly across the inner element, so this is the typical age-related
hazing indicating that this lens has never been serviced (or NOT for a long time).

It is truly surprising to see that quite a heavy hazing has had such a small impact on image quality!!
