Domestic buyers: we usually drop off all clothing packages 2-3 times a week. Footwear is usually shipped everyday unless it's a public holiday or we cannot do it due to rare circumstances (sickness, etc). Note that some footwear gets shipped from Florida and some from California. If you are wanting your package within the estimated delivery time shown by EBay, please send us a message first; your package might not get delivered on time if it gets shipped from another location!!! Also, please consider weather delays... sometimes it takes longer due to bad weather. Halloween, prom and Christmas is a busy time for footwear sales; If you buy at the last minute, please pick a faster shipping option.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY THE BUYER. IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER BECAUSE YOU ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR WERE NOT THERE TO GET YOUR ITEM OR DID NOT PICK IT UP ON TIME , AND IT NEEDS TO BE RE-SHIPPED, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND RETURN IT TO SENDER AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND, WE WILL DEDUCT A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING.
International buyers: a lot of footwear is special order (we have to get it from our supplier before we ship to you) Please allow an extra 3-5 extra business days before we ship out.
Shipping costs do not include import duty, brokerage fees or taxes. Depending on your country laws you might have to pay taxes. We are not responsible and will not pay taxes, import duty or brokerage fees.

We accept returns as long as the merchandise is unworn and still in it's original packaging. You have 14 days from the day you recieve your item to ship the item back to us. Any items returned after that with not be refunded or exchanged. DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE BEFORE EMAILING US FIRST AND GETTING A RESPONSE!!!!
When you return the footwear, make sure they are well wrapped in a box or paper so they are protected. Make sure you send the original shoe box and all the wrapping, do not put tape or labels on shoe box itself. Also, put a note in box with eBay member ID or copy of eBay transaction so that way it will easier to find the transaction and know who it's coming from.

Kryonik Design has been in business since 2006. We add new items weekly. If you see an item or size that you would like and it is not posted, please contact us, we might be able to order it for you, or have it in stock.
Please contact us regarding any issues! We try our best to satisfy our customers but we can make mistake too. Consider that the cost of shipping overseas is very expensive (we do not make money on shipping). Also, please be aware that packages do get stuck in customs and it can make shipping time much slower.
