Return Policy:

·         We only accept return within 14 days in the situation such as received wrong books or defected books

·         No refund, return or complaint for Receiving International book, Soft Cover, Different ISBN and Cover Image with US Edition since we have stated very clearly in the listing

·         If shipment was returned to us marked as “RETURNED TO SENDER” or “REFUSED” or “INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS/NO SUCH ADDRESS”, we will treat it as book refund, buyer needs to bare the restocking fee and shipping charges

·         A 20% restocking fee is applicable for book refund except we send wrong books

·         Refund will be issued through Paypal upon receiving the returned book in the original condition

Delivery Instruction:

The buyer shall responsible for their own collection.

If your shipment is returned to us marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $10 re-shipping fee. You can pay the fee to our paypal account.
