Item Descriptions: We always try to highlight any
defects where applicable but please ensure you have read the whole description
and viewed all photos carefully before buying. If, for any reason, you are not
fully satisfied with your item please DO NOT just leave negative or neutral
feedback without first contacting us. There are no issues which cannot be
resolved.
Combined Postage: We will combine postage wherever possible.
Please await an invoice if you purchase multiple items.
Multiple Purchase Discounts: We are always open to
negotiation on price if you wish to purchase multiple Buy It Now items. Please
message us with any enquiries.
UK Postage: Our standard postage method for most items is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Delivery although we also give you the options of 1st
Class Signed For or Special Delivery. Higher value items will be sent via Royal
Mail Special Delivery. Larger and heavier items will be sent via courier. If
you prefer a different service please message us, we are more than happy to
meet your requirements although different services may incur additional
charges. We use recycled packaging wherever possible and do not make any money
on postage.
If you prefer to collect your item in person this can also be arranged
from either Boroughbridge or Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Overseas Postage: We are signed up to the eBay Global Shipping
programme, however if you do not wish to use this service you can message us to
request a direct shipping quote – please note items will need to be sent using
a tracked service so the price may be quite high although we will only charge
what it costs us to post.
