Dispatch and Delivery

Delivery address changes must be included within your transaction notes, either on eBay or PayPal. Addresses cannot be changed after this as PayPal will not recognise changes made outside the transaction page.

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an item has been dispatched.

A signature will be required for deliveries made by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ or UKMail. Please see the detailed information under postage options to confirm which service will be used for this item.

Combined Postage/Carriage

We always combine carriage/postage for multiple purchases.

The maximum carriage you will pay for combined purchases, sent on a standard service, is £7.50. This does not include items requested on a Next Day service.

There are too many variables for us to automate this, but any overpaid carriage will be refunded to your PayPal account on the day of dispatch, and this is usually within one working day or your purchase.

Excluded Areas

Unfortunately following considerable price increases by Royal Mail we have been forced to review the services we use to dispatch eBay items. We now use UKMail for the majority of purchases, and UKMail apply surcharges to certain parts of the UK. This means we have had to exclude these areas from eBay sales.

Delivery can be arranged to these areas on request, please contact us by email or telephone for further information.

We will need to know your post code and the item required in order to answer your enquiry.

Overseas Buyers

International sales are only available directly through our web site. We do not supply eBay items for delivery outside the UK, other than BFPO. This policy is non-negotiable.

Returns

When buying from Kit Monster you can do so in confidence, all our stock is carefully selected as being among the best available. Should you be unhappy with your purchase it can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please note returns must be made within 14 days, and goods must be returned in the same state as originally supplied.

No carriage charges or costs will be refunded.
