US Mail

• Free standard shipping with delivery confirmation is offered on all eBay items
• Priority Mail can be selected at the calculated rate provided through eBay checkout
• USPS delivery times are only estimates, not guaranteed delivery times
• Shipping of eBay items is only offered to USA addresses

UPS Ground
• UPS ground can be selected at the calculated rate provided through eBay checkout
• Includes tracking and insurance
• UPS is offered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states only
• Cannot be delivered to a PO Box

Non-Defective Items
• Brand name items have a manufacturers warranty that must be warrantied through the manufacturer
• Items can be returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be adjusted for a 20% restocking fee or the original cost of shipping, whichever is lower.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

Defective Items
• If an item is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
• Contact us before making returns. Return shipping will not be refunded without prior approval.

Refused or Undeliverable
• Buyer pays actual postage to reship if an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.
• There is a 20% restocking fee for refused packages to cover the cost of free shipping.
