- Free Shipping: is Free.  Items that qualify for free shipping will specify that in the shipping costs section at the bottom of the page.  Items paid for with the Free Standard Shipping option selected will ship via the cheapest shipping method we can find to your location.  Although most items will arrive fairly quickly, please keep in mind that some services (like USPS Media Mail) can take as long as 10-14 business days to arrive.  If you require your item faster, please select one of the faster delivery options (estimated delivery times from the parcel carriers will be listed near the shipping costs on the bottom of the page).  Free Shipping services are available to the Contiguous US only (lower 48 states).
- At this point we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Most of the in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from receiving a cleared payment.  Pre-orders ship as soon as we receive them.
- Shipping-time estimates listed on the bottom of the page are provided by the shipping companies.  If your item doesn't arrive within an appropriate time, please let us know and we will look into the problem.
- Items paid for using Paypal can be shipped to the shipping address provided with the payment only.

Shipment Information:
- Paypal requires tracking information for international shipments, which means that most of our items can ship via USPS Express Mail, or UPS worldwide services only.  These service are unfortunately expensive.  Please do not blame us for high shipping costs because of this requirement from Paypal.  Please review the shipping options and costs to your location BEFORE making the purchase. 
- Shipping options and costs are calculated in the listing to your location, just enter your country / postal code, and the quantity desired.  If shipping costs are not listed to your country, please contact us for costs before bidding.  Some items may be too large to ship to your location.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts.  US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- Buyers from Canada: When considering shipping options, keep in mind that although UPS Standard may be the lowest, UPS collects high brokerage/customs fees.  In the end it may be actually cheaper to select the Express-Mail-International option, especially for lower value orders.
- International shipments for in-stock items are usually posted within 2-3 business days from receiving a cleared payment.
- We may require additional information or verification before we can ship the order. 
- International shipments via UPS, or any shipments to a PO Box require a contact phone number.
- We reserve the right to refuse international orders if any of the following occurs:  Payment is made from an Unverified Paypal account, buyer doesn't respond when additional information or verification is requested, Paypal shipping address doesn't match Ebay's registered address.
- NOTE: Due to current limitations of the postal system, we are NOT able to ship to the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Czech Republic, Dahomey (Benin), Ghana, Kampuchea (Cambodia), Kampuchea, Kazakhastan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Niger, Nigeria, Niue, Russia, Serbia-Montenegro, South-West Africa Namibia, Togo, Tongareva, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Zanzibar.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days, for a refund minus 15% re-stocking fee.  New items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.  Bundled items, or items sold as sets must be returned in their entirety.
- Video games and software that were opened, or have been registered, cannot be returned.
- Items damaged in shipping are subject to insurance coverage.  We will replace the damaged item, or issue a refund or store credit if the same item is no longer available. 
- If due to some unforeseen mishap you receive a wrong item, we will gladly re-send the correct item, or issue a refund (the incorrect item may have to be returned to us prior to issuing the refund, or re-sending the correct item).
- Items not performing to manufacturers' specifications, or defective, are subject to manufacturers' warranties.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for service in such cases.
- International buyers are responsible for checking manufacturer's warranty availability in their area for purchased items.

- Action Figures:  Many action figures are highly detailed, hand painted and can include many detailed accessories.  This makes them highly collectable, but it also creates possibility that they may have slight imperfections (in the paint job or the sculpt).  The box containing the figure(s) is not designed for display, it is designed to protect the actual figure from shipping and handling damage.  Collecting action figures is similar to collecting trading cards; you get a brand new figure, straight from a box, however because of the high details most of them will not be perfectly 10/10 Mint.  We will not sell you a squashed figure, however we ask that you keep in mind that imperfections to figures or outer boxes are mostly there straight out of the factory, and do not make the figure damaged or useless. They just make it real, highly detailed, unique, with hand painted features.  More than 99% of our customers are fully satisfied with the products purchased from us, but if you are a very picky collector please be aware that perfection is difficult to find in action figures and consider purchasing them from local B&M stores where you can inspect them beforehand.
- All unpaid items are reported to Ebay within 4 days from the auction's end.
- Order Pick-Ups - We can arrange pick-ups for most items.  Please contact us prior to purchasing to arrange this.  All orders paid for with Paypal require to be shipped, therefore we are not able to accept Paypal for order that are picked up.

- Pre-Orders: In accordance with Ebay's policy, we make our pre-order listings available 30 days or less before the release date.  You may wonder why other sellers have upcoming items listed from the same categories while we do not.  The simple answer is that we follow the 30-day rule, while several other sellers do not.  Although most items are released within manufacturers' original dates, occasional delays do happen.  In such cases we will gladly issue a refund if requested, when we're unable to ship within the 30 day period; otherwise the item will ship as quickly as possible after we receive it.  Feel free to contact us at any time before bidding, or after winning a pre-order item, and we'll keep you updated with the latest release-date information.
