What you can expect from Beauty Express:

1)  Item will be described in the listing to the best of my ability.  Some cosmetic items are boxed, sealed or carded during the manufacturing process.  Some are not.  If an item has not been boxed, sealed or carded, I will make reference to that.  I do NOT sell used or tested cosmetics, ever. Most items I offer for sale are liquidations or closeouts.

2)  Communication:  You will receive prompt responses to questions.  Upon shipment, buyers will receive two forms of communication: a) An email from eBay with a delivery confirmation number or customs form number and b) Positive feedback. 

3)  Shipping Time:  For domestic shipments, every attempt is made for packages to leave my office within 24-48 hours of receiving CLEARED payment, excluding Sundays and postal holidays.  The best way to evaluate shipping time is to compare the date you paid for your item to the date on the shipping label.  Sellers have absolutely no control over how long it takes for domestic or international packages to pass through the USPS, let alone customs.
