Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received, unless a holiday, weekend or international, which is 3 days a week.  From time to time I will be away for extended periods but I am very clear about this by making note in my store as well as in the item listing so you will know if there will be a delay in shipping your item.  Depending on my location and if they have wireless service, I do check my email everyday.
