We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days of ordering.

Please note bank holidays will add a delay to our dispatch time and your overall delivery date.

 

Some orders may be split into multiple parts due weight constraints.

Some Royal Mail orders may be upgraded to 24 courier delivery free of charge based on delivery quantity or weight.

In the unlikely event of your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery times it must be lost, delayed or being held the the Post Office/Carriers Warehouse as all orders marked as shipped have been dispatched.

 

Sometimes the delivery services including Royal Mail do not leave a card informing you about a failed delivery and the item has been kept at a local facility waiting for you to contact them.

If you track your item using the tracking numbers provided on the Royal Mail or Dx Delivery websites you can rearrange delivery.

 

If your unable to locate your tracking details or believe your item may have gone missing please contact us via 01723 512001(9am-5pm Mon-Friday) or send us a message and we will locate or replace your item.

1. Returned item must be complete and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

2. The Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning the item.

3. As the Buyer you are responsible for the loss or damage of any item during return shipment.

Therefore you should ensure the item is insured accordingly and well packaged.

4. Buyers will need to use eBay's return's process for returning all items.

5. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned item.

6. The refund for returned items will not include Shipping Charges.

7. Items returned because of wrong or incomplete address details, failure to collect your item after a failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery will be refunded upon us receiving the item.From the refund we will deduct a fixed returns fee of £2.99 and will not include additional shipping charges paid.
