We have an unconditional refund policy on all our items purchased, the Iguana Sell Guarantee. If item(s) are returned within 14 days upon reception, we will refund you the entire transaction amount, including shipping charges (if any).
To return us any item, please follow these easy steps:
- Write us an e-mail, or call us to inform us about your will to return an item purchased. We will create an UPS shipping label for you, which you have to print. We will arrange with you the address and time you want UPS to pick up the item.
- Please place the printed UPS shipping label on the shipping package.
- An UPS representative will drop by the arranged address at the agreed time to collect the package.
Upon reception in our premises, we will refund you the entire transaction amount.
