Good overall used condition with age appropriate wear. The masonite is in good condition, as is the wood frame.

My finds are from auctions, estate and yard sales, antique and vintage shops...all over the place. I love this stuff and I'm so glad you do also. I try to be perfect but darn, can't quite do it, so while I list and describe the items as fully and honestly as possible....I sometimes miss something. Plus you can't possibly describe every scratch and mark. When I say an item is used, vintage, antique, older...that means there is wear and tear and other people have also loved the item. Do not expect it to be perfect, and do expect for there to be signs of age even if I have missed describing it. Thank you!
