All orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day. By default we ship all goods using Royal Mail 2nd Class service; however Royal Mail 1st Class and next day delivery/courier service are also available at additional cost.

Refunds:
Refunds will be given upon receipt of returned goods, provided they are in original packaging and an undamaged. Refunds will only be given by the original payment method.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase from us then please return it within 10 days for exchange or refund. (Refunds do not include return postage costs). All returns should be unused and in original condition with packaging and all contents intact. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed. We advise you that all returns are sent via Royal Mail, and we cannot be held responsible for items being lost or damaged in transit unless Special Delivery is selected during checkout.

Warranty:
All our goods are issued with a one year warranty, however for an additional 49p you can cover your item for two years, if the product malfunctions we will send out a replacement once we receive the faulty item.This option is available once you have entered our checkout screen.
