We accept PayPal only. This is due to the time aspect involved in receiving other payment methods. To provide you with the lowest price and best service possible the decision to only accept PayPal has been taken.

All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. We ship ALL orders received within 1 working day maximum. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are processed and prepared for dispatch but will not be dispatched until the next working day. Goods are sent from one of two locations Jersey or Gibraltar, depending on stock availability and our current stock holding in our warehouse's. This should not effect the times goods reach you but please do bare in mind delivery times are approximate and maybe slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays 

UK Delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class takes 1 - 3 working days, but is not guaranteed. Despite being in Sunny Jersey, our items enter the UK 1st Class postal service within 24 hours of your purchase! 

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery - Prices can vary as we are in Jersey. Please note; We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, and your order must be with us by 1pm and will be dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to secure next day delivery. 

Europe & Ireland Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for normally take 2-5 working days, but not guaranteed. 

USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for takes 3 to 10 working days, but not guaranteed. Please note, the following countries have difficult Postal Services which may affect delivery times; Italy, USA, Canada, Brazil, Greece & Malta. 

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 10 working days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 10 working day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. However, we always endevour to ensure you walk away happy.           Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. 

          If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect or gets damaged during the postal journey please get in contact with us via eBay and we would be happy to resolve the issue. 

          If you return your item for any other reason you must inform us of your intent to do so within 30 days. We will provide you with a postage label and a full refund.

          Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers not working? 

          A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. Decrescent have no control over this.
