* Orders made outside United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail International Standard. (Actual Cost £4.00 - £5.50)

* Payments made before 2pm will usually be dispatched the Same Day. But generally are dispatched within 1 Business Day. (Excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays). In the unusual event of a delay in dispatch then we'll let you know by message in advance.
* Ibiza Club Posters do not include Packing Slips or Invoices due to waste of paper, but can be supplied if requested.
* Delivery times are quoted by Royal Mail. Delivery in the UK can take up to 14 days and up to 30 days for International buyers, so please bear this in mind when ordering, especially over very busy periods like Christmas.
* If items cannot be delivered, they will be held in your local Royal Mail Sorting Office for 18 days. After this date, items will be sent back to Ibiza Club Posters and re-delivery can be arranged, at a fee.
* Shipping and Handling Fee's charged include Postage & Packaging charges.
Terms of Sale
* If you are not fully satisfied with your item, Please get in touch before returning any item or Leaving Feedback, as many problems can be rectified via E-Mail or telephone. It is essential that you Contact Us prior to returning any product for a Returns Authorisation Code. You should always package returned items in a suitable condition to avoid postal damage.
* If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund with 30 days from the date you placed your order. You are required to return the goods at your own cost and will receive a refund for the cost of purchase less the initial postage costs (except if wrong item sent). The returned goods must be in an as supplied, sealed, new and unused condition. Also worth keeping a receipt of Proof of Delivery.
