Payment

Payment is due within 4 days. Please let us know if you need more time as an Unpaid Item case will be opened so that fees can be refunded and the item relisted. We are more than willing to work with our highly valued buyers, but cannot help if we do not hear from you. Communication is very important!

Shipping

We do combine shipping for both Domestic & International orders! Shipping for each additional My Little Pony is only $1.00 for Domestic and $3 for International—as long as the entire order is paid on one invoice. Both eBay and Paypal charge fees for shipping in addition to the item, so if separate payments are made, each additional pony will be $1.75 for Domestic and $4 for International. There is also the rare time that a pony must be shipped in a box (ie. a Custom MLP or accessories that have fragile pieces), so please be aware that we will have to take that into consideration in the shipping price—we are happy to provide a quote before purchase should you have any questions or concerns.

Please contact us for a quote for items that are not My Little Pony and we will be happy to provide a combined shipping price.

Insurance can be added to your invoice, just let us know! We also offer Priority Mail and Express Mail upon request.
