Il commento di feedback vi viene rilasciato automaticamente non appena eseguite il pagamento, gradirei che voi faceste altrettanto al momento della ricezione della merce da voi acquistata, compilando anche il campo delle stelline in base all’indice di gradimento da voi ricevuto. La valutazione dettagliata del venditore è di primaria importanza per chi come me e tanti altri onesti venditori vende, avvalendosi di e-bay, non solo per passione ma anche per mestiere. Per cui vi prego di ricordarvi di perdere due minuti del vostro tempo per eseguire tale operazione.

METODI di PAGAMENTO:

Potete pagare con il metodo che preferite fatta eccezione per il contrassegno. Se acquistate più di un oggetto attendete sempre l’invio della fattura con il totale esatto comprensivo delle spese di spedizione, le quali possono variare in base al peso complessivo degli oggetti acquistati.

METODI di SPEDIZIONE:

Potete scegliere tranquillamente tra l’invio in posta raccomandata oppure in  posta prioritaria. I costi sono quelli vigenti di Poste Italiane con un piccolo supplemento per l’imballaggio. Vi rammento però che non mi riterrò responsabile in nessun modo per la mancata ricezione della merce se optate per l’invio con posta prioritaria. Nel malaugurato caso che ciò avvenga evitate quindi di aprire controversie con paypal, il quale tengo a precisare non vi rimborserà se non avete un codice di tracciatura. Contattatemi e troveremo una soluzione.

Io ci metto tutta l’onestà possibile, potete verificare nelle centinaia di feedbacks ricevuti, considerando che almeno la metà delle spedizioni che effettuo sono con posta prioritaria.

RESTITUZIONE e RIMBORSO:

Solo nel caso l’oggetto da voi ricevuto non sia conforme alla descrizione emetto il rimborso di quanto pagato, fatta eccezione per le spese di spedizione sostenute. Avete dieci giorni di tempo dal momento in cui lo ricevete. Il rimborso avverrà soltanto dopo che avrete restituito l’oggetto, nelle stesse condizioni in cui l’avete ricevuto, facendovi carico delle spese postali per l’invio dello stesso al mio recapito.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Only if the item you received does not conform to the description emit a refund of the amount paid, except for shipping costs incurred. You have ten days from the moment you receive it. The refund will be made only after you have returned the item, in the same condition as you received, while being the postage to send the same to my address.
