The Vantage 90 CTi W was an all new ski for 2016 from Atomic, and returns for 2017 unchanged.  Wow did they hit a home run!  It features an entirely new shape and totally new construction.  Atomic has never offered a ski for women that is anything like this new beauty.  The 90 CTi W features all of Atomic's best technology, and is functionally identical to the men's 90 CTi.  This is one of the very best All Day, Every Day skis on the market.  It is designed to be the one ski that can do it all with no compromises.  Titanium Backbone and Firewall sidewalls give it excellent stability and edge hold on hard snow.  The 90mm waist and deep sidecut kills it on the groomers, but also with plenty of width to float nicely in deeper snow.  And All Mountain Rocker just makes the ski super versatile.  Handles the deep stuff, bumpy/cruddy, and groomers all with ease.

Very few skis for women offer this level of construction.  The Titanium Backbone is unique to Atomic, and offers all the benefits of metal laminate construction (edge, stability and power) but with less weight because it is not a full sheet.  Firewall Sidewalls put more ABS over the edges of the ski to improve contact with the snow, smooth out the ride, and improve stability.  Carbon Tank Mesh puts extra carbon exactly where it is needed (around the skis perimeter at tip and tail) adding power without adding weight.  Atomic makes no compromise on this new ladies' model.

  • Titanium Backbone 2.0 is Atomic's latest design using a layer of Titanium/Aluminum alloy that mimics the shape of the human spine.  This component adds very little weight to the ski, but improves its torsional stiffness dramatically.  And, Titanal changes the vibration pattern of the ski so that it is super smooth on the snow.  The Titanium Backbone adds edge hold, stability and power without adding weight.
  • Firewall Sidewalls put more ABS over the edges of the ski in the area under the bindings.  ABS acts as a suspension system for the edges, helping keep them in contact with the snow despite the vibration traveling through the ski's structure.  Atomic puts more ABS into the ski directly under the bindings, for even more stability and edge hold.
  • Carbon Tank Mesh is a brand new type of carbon mesh used on top of the ski's core.  Very large strands of carbon are woven at wider intervals, adding tons of strength and power without adding much weight.
  • Light Woodcore is slightly different from the men's model.  Made from Poplar laminates, It is lighter weight and slightly (very slightly) softer flex is perfect for women's models.
  • All Mountain Rocker profile with 15% tip rocker, 75% camber, and 10% tail rocker for maximum versatility in any snow condition.  Rocker helps a ski turn much easier when tipped on edge.  It also makes the ski more forgiving in bumpy, uneven snow.  Oh, and it also helps the ski float better in powder.
Attack bindings make a really good ski even better.  This new model from Tyrolia will be one of the best selling bindings of 2017 because it offers so much performance at a great price compared to other bindings on the market.  Attack has been designed from the ground up to maximize performance of today's wider ski shapes.  Its wide body toe design offers maximum leverage over the width of the ski from edge to edge.  The proven SL design heel is very east to step into in deep snow, which really puts this binding way ahead of its competitors.  In either color combination, the Attack 11 looks killer on this ski.  Check out the features of the Attack 11 included here:
  • Tyrolia Freeride Toe - features a horizontally oriented spring, providing the highest energy absorption possible to reduce the risk of early release. The very ridgid coupling with the boot's lug optimizes power transmission to the ski and allows for very aggressive use. This toe design is also very light weight, which improves the overall feel when mounted on a wider ski with more mass underfoot.  Tyrolia really did their homework when designing this new toe piece.
  • Integrated 77mm Anti-Friction Device (AFD) provides consistent lateral release with a DIN boot sole.  This metal AFD is super durable, and offers outstanding contact between the boot sole and ski, even as the boot is moving laterally to absorb high energy shocks.  This new metal AFD also helps keep the overall weight of the system as low as possible.
  • SL design heel - keeps the weight at a minimum, and still is an easy binding to step into.  Nothing is more frustrating than having a difficult time getting back into bindings after a yard sale on steep terrain.  This heel design is proven to be super durable, very east to get into (and out of).  There is simply no better value binding, and no better performing binding in this category on the market.
  • This binding has a DIN range of 3 to 11, and will work for any skier with a DIN setting of 4 or higher. That is virtually any adult skier.

WARRANTY ISSUES
If you believe you have a warranty issue, we want to help.  Drop us an email or give
us a call and explain your problem.  We believe it is our job to act as your advocate
in the event of a product failure.  However, warranty decisions are solely made by
the manufacturer of the item.  Only the manufacturer can decide if a warranty claim
is valid, and how to satisfy that claim.  But, we are here to help you, and will do our
best to get your product problem solved.
