COMBINING SHIPPING
  • We are glad to combine similar items in one package when possible. Not all items can be combined.
  • To calculate combined shipping we use the highest shipping of all items plus the additional cost for each item.

    • To qualify for combination shipping the following conditions must be met:
  • Items must be purchased within a 7 day period.
  • Items must be paid for together in one payment.
  • All Items must be shipped together in the same package.
  • If the above conditions are not adhered to full shipping costs will apply and items will be shipped separately to the same address.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Heavier or larger packages may be shipped with either UPS or FedEx.
  • We make every attempt to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within two business days of payment. Very occasionally we will be out of stock of a certain item and will ship within 7 business days. Should that occur we will e-mail to advise you of shipping date.
  • Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday.
  • Tracking information when available will be uploaded to eBay for your convenience.
  • Art Catalog Online is not responsible for packages returned due to a wrong address supplied by customer or PayPal or returned as undeliverable. Package will be reshipped once buyer has submitted corrected address and paid for reshipping.

RETURN POLICY
Art Catalog Online is confident that you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your purchase, this item is eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
  • Item must be returned within 14 days in its original condition.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and Art Catalog Online is not responsible for the costs related to return shipping.
  • If your order shipped FREE then actual shipping charges from Art Catalog Online to you will be deducted from your refund. You are welcome to contact us for the actual shipping charge.


    • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Request a return authorization number by contacting us through the eBay messaging center.
  • No refund or exchange will be issued without prior authorization.
  • Due to the delicate nature of artwork we ask that you carefully repack it in its original packaging material.
  • Mark the outside of the package with the return authorization number.
  • Ship the package to the address sent to you with your return authorization number.
  • Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued within 5 business days.
