Payments
We Only accept PayPal for both the Seller’s and Buyer’s protection. Payment must be made within 4 days of end of auction. If no payment is made by that time, an unpaid item case is opened with eBay. If payment is made with an eCheck through PayPal, it is not considered paid until eCheck clears. Please wait until all your auctions have ended within a 3 day period to take advantage of the combined shipping discount if applicable.
Shipping
We want you to receive your item as quickly as possible. We only ship to PayPal addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once payment is made, label is printed within 24hrs. Items paid with eChecks will not be shipped until payment clears. Items picked up by USPS Monday through Friday. Items paid on Friday through Sunday will not ship until Monday. Once item is picked up by USPS, we cannot control length of time it will actually take. Shipping fees are non-negotiable unless discount is stated above. Tracking numbers are provided by eBay as soon as label is printed. If would like the confirmation number again, please send us a message and we would be happy to provide that information. International shipping is not available.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please give us the opportunity to find a solution to any problem you encounter once you receive our item. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay before leaving negative feedback. Please contact us via eBay methods before deciding to return item. Buyer pays for return shipping. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the shipment notification showing delivered from our end. Item MUST be in same condition as when sent. Serial numbers must match to item originally sent for refund to be considered. For your and our protection, please use delivery confirmation and provide us with the confirmation number so all parties can track. In case of defects, we will pay for the return shipping. If item is available we will replace. If no item is available then we will refund money.
