For sale today we have this Large and Impressive William Moorcroft "Wisteria" Pattern Vase. This highly collectable piece is of slender baluster form, generously tubeline decorated in the early Burslem style (flowing and more realistic) with brightly coloured displays of Plum Wisteria flowers along with their associated foliage set on a vivid Cobalt blue ground. Measures a full 12" tall x 5 1/2" dia. The pottery bears William's blue "Flash" signature along with Moorcroft, Made in England. Dates to circa 1916.
