For items of £70.01 to £170 we use Royal Mail 1st Class "Signed For", with Special Delivery as an option, between £30 - £70 2nd Class "Signed For" with 1st Class as an option and in these instances, the package shall need to be signed for upon delivery. Return Policy Details -- New Watches Items are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure total satisfaction, in the unfortunate event that the item proves to be faulty or Not As Described when received, you must notify us with-in 48 hours and full refund or replacement will be offered. Customers changing their mind after purchase may return with-in 14 days providing the item has not been worn or used and the item is returned with original Box, tags & all packaging, booklets etc., in “New Condition” this includes the Manufacturers Box and the item must be unused and no scratches otherwise return of item will NOT be accepted for return & refund. A 10% Administration and Restocking fee (Minimum £5.00 to cover original packaging & shipping charge) shall be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.
