Return policy details

• If a product/listing is not as advertised/stated (damaged/faulty), please contact me first immediately with details of problem.
• Returning item(s): always contact me first before posting the item back, I will accept return (within 14 days of receipt).
• The returned goods must be substantially in the same condition and quality (unused, original/sealed packaging condition, without anything missing pieces/items) as it was when you received it.
• Returned item(s) not received by me will be treated as not returned and no refund will be given. For this reason I suggest that the use of 'signed for/tracked' postage delivery for returns.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/customer are permitted to require to pay for the cost of returning the item(s).
