• All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment on business days.

• All merchandise ships from the United States.

• Kentucky residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.

• All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise value of $100 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

• All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received. If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact customer service.

• On orders that include more than one item, combined shipping rates will apply.  In order to get combined shipping, please pay for all items with one payment.  If items do not automatically combine into one checkout, please contact customer service before submitting payment.

• All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment on business days.

    • Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Buyer has to pay for any import duties and/or import taxes. You will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company. If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

    • Per US and International government regulations, we cannot mark false merchandise values and/or mark items as gifts.

    • All International shipments will be provided tracking information within 7 business days.

Need to return something? No worries! We gladly accept returns of your unworn/unused items within 30 days for a refund or a merchandise exchange. Any item(s) may be exchanged or returned by mailing to the address below at your expense. Exchanged items will be sent to you free of charge via Standard Shipping. Our inventory changes quickly, so be sure to let us know your choice for exchange in order to reserve that selection!

*The item must be sent back in new/unused condition, with store tags attached and in original packaging. Footwear must be in new/unworn condition, in its original shoebox AND packaged in a separate outer box. Returns received with tape or labels applied to the original shoebox will incur a 40% restocking fee. Worn/used items will be returned to buyer and refund will not be processed. 



* Returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit. Your exchange will be sent to you free of charge via Standard Shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. 



 


                        *In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item or damaged merchandise, we'll take care of it.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for your return authorization and allow us to place your replacement on hold.  Your return package of the damaged/wrong merchandise should be mailed back to us within 14 days.
