handling fee is charged for each auction to cover
the costs of insurance, delivery confirmation and packaging materials.
This handling fee is
already included in the shipping calculator. The ship to address on your
payment is the only address we will ship to. If you are shipping to
someone else, please change the address during checkout. We will not change
it for you after payment is made. If you are shipping to another address,
you MUST ask for the correct shipping price before making payment.
We do not ship items "loose" or removed from the package unless that
is already the stated condition of the item in the listing.
We will
not open and email online codes for online gaming toys. If the code is
included in the item we are selling, we will ship you the item as listed, not
just the code.
SHIPPING TO A THIRD PARTY We always include a packing slip.
We will not leave
it out. If you are shipping to a third party, please include all information
you need on the label in the address of the payment. We will not add anything
to the label other than what you enter into the address at payment.
If you are shipping to another address, you MUST ask for the correct
shipping price before making payment.
COMBINED SHIPPING We are happy to offer combined shipping on most auctions, but not
all. If you are bidding on, plan to bid on, or are using buy it now on more
than one of our
items, please
contact us IN ADVANCE to get a combined shipping
estimate. International buyers must contact us in advance to
determine combined shipping. In order to combine shipping, payment must
be made in ONE
(1) payment for all items won or purchased, and
all auctions or purchases must be completed within 3 days
from first to last. For auctions, please wait for a combined shipping
invoice
before paying.
You may generally use the ebay Cart/Basket to combine shipping for items requiring immediate payment. Multiple items with First Class shipping as the default rate will almost always ship cheaper together if you select Priority Mail at checkout using the shopping cart.
If you are buying several items, you will likely need to change the
shipping to Priority Mail in order to receive combined shipping savings.
Check by changing each item in the cart and clicking to update.
Refunds will not be issued if you overpay because you did not wait for a combined invoice, or contact us in advance to determine the shipping rate.
GIFT SERVICES We are happy to ship your gift items to anyone on
your list, however, the SHIP TO address on your payment must be that
of the gift recipient. We cannot change the shipping address after
payment is made, nor can we respond to any requests to ship to a
different address entered into the note area of the payment. We will
only ship to the address in the SHIP TO field.
COLLECTORS We make no warranty regarding package
condition. Some of our items may have spent time on a retail shelf while
others are case fresh. Even case fresh items often have creases &
bends. New items are new in package, but the package may or may not be
in good condition. If you are a collector, please note that we cannot
check the condition of an item before shipping, and returns do incur a
restocking fee.
PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept PayPal only.
Payment is expected within 2 days
of the end of the auction, or the item may be relisted. If payment is
not made within 2 days, an unpaid item dispute will be filed automatically.
California buyers will be charged sales tax.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER? We insure all orders. If your parcel
is lost or damaged, you will need sign and return an insurance
affidavit attesting to the loss or damage in order to get a
refund. This is generally done electronically, or by signing and
returning a form by scan, fax or postal mail. Damaged items will
require photos of the damage to be sent to us as well. If you received
the wrong item, please email us immediately, including a photo of the
item you received in error so we can assist you with a
