Cool and unusual old 50's or 60's Standard Oil Service paper towel dispenser.  Found in the Rest Rooms and also at the pumps.  Back when there WAS service.  Nice condition, no key but opens. Could used paint or leave as is. About 14/ 1/2" by 7 1/2" by 6". there are usually beat up, this is nice. All metal.
