*** This item will be shipped within 1-10 business days AFTER payment received. Please see listing delivery estimate dates as not all items in our store are available for immediate shipment. We observe major holidays. We use United State Postal Service or FedEx Ground for saddles and larger items.

Physical address is required for large items such as saddles, harness or carts. We do offer shipping discount for multiple items. Please do not pay each item separately if you want combine shipping rate to be applied to your order.

**Some exceptions may apply as with larger heavy items such as saddle pads, saddles, harness, blankets, saddle bags etc.

** Sorry, We do not ship Saddles or carts outside the US 48 states.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We will be happy to exchange your item or refund your money if you are not completely satisfied. You may return your unopened/unused item within 30 days from your date of purchase for refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We do not charge a restocking fee, except on saddles, which is 20%. Refund will be made upon receipt of the item. Return shipping cost (new item back to buyer) for an exchange of size or alternate item is determined by the item weight and location.

We are proud to offer Hassle Free Returns. Please contact us for a Return Authorization # BEFORE sending back items. Include reason for return so we can track any issues with products.

Simply initiate a Return in your MY EBAY and you will be able to print your shipping label, receive a return # and copy of packing slip to enclose along with your return item

We offer no guarantee's on proper fit of our items due to various sizes of different breeds for saddles or any other tack item that we carry.

Returns due to an error from our end shipping will be reimbursed and no restocking fee will be imposed.

NOTE: No returns on damaged or used items, this includes bits. Once a bit has been in a horse's mouth we cannot accept a return of the bit. If any item is returned used there will be a 40% deduction of the purchase price as we cannot re-sell it as new.

Clearance/Discontinued items may not be returned and will be stated in the individual listing. Refunds are processed within 12-24 hours upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed for the item purchase price only...any shipping charges are not refundable. Angel Creek Tack also does not pay for return shipping fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
