You are bidding on a Very Rare 1998 Japanese Masaki Bill's PC Vending Series 3 Promo Sheet Sealed New
This sheet was only available for a brief period in Japan, 1998. This sheet was from the 1st and much smaller print run of the Vending Series 3 Promotional cards. The Bill's PC Card was only available in the 1st print run. It was not printed in the more common run that followed. This much rarer 1st print run sheet features an illustration of Bill on the back and also explains the Masaki campaign. The Bill's PC card was required in order to obtain the Masaki promo cards. There are very few copies of this sheet still sealed as everyone pulled the cards during the Masaki Campaign. This was never released in English.
