Peal, made in Scotland. can be worn as a legging but also as a dress pant. elastic waist. cozy knit has stretch too. relaxed fit with higher waist. tried on, never worn, nice and clean. thicker cashmere, possibley 3 to 4 ply, not marked, not see thru or clingy. marked a size UK L which is more like a 8 10 12 depending on how you like the fit, please go by measurements - waist 28" to 36", 14" rise, hips 46", 31" inseam, leg opening at thigh 12" to 14", and at ankle 5" to 6"
