You must Email for RMA # before returning the item. All items must be returned to back to us for testing.

Shipping is not refundable.

Exchange/Full refund: If an item does not pass our tests, you will have the option between exchange (if we have the same item in stock) or a refund.
Partial refund: If an item is returned and it works as described, you have the option between shipping it back to you at your expense, or receiving a refund, minus our shipping cost (for free shipping items) and 20% restocking/processing fee.
