Up for bid is a wonderful vintage Thanksgiving postcard. This colorful card features a wonderful lithographic illustration of two post-Victorian-era children who are going for a ride. They are driving a turkey! When you supersize image 1 you will see that the colors are vivid, the detail is exceptional, and the artistry is just great!
The artist who provided the illustration for this card was H. B. Griggs, as his initials appear at the lower-right corner.
This beautifully embossed card has been postally used and has a 1911 cancellation across the one-cent stamp on the divided back.
This beautiful old antique would look great in a frame, used as a decoration or make a fine addition to your postcard collection. It can be yours if you bid now!

CONDITION: Expected light soiling (heavier on the back) and corner blunting. A bit of surface wear with some edge wear. No creases, rips or stains. Clear image and vivid colors. Nice condition for this 100 year-old antique: you'll love this card!
