This sale is for a vintage hardback FIRST EDITION entitled “The Education of a Poker Player,” subtitled “Including Where and How One Learns to Win,” by Herbert O. Yardley, with an Introduction by Ian Fleming.


 


It was published by Jonathan Cape, of London, and is the 1959 FIRST BRITISH EDITION (stated).


 


The book measures 9.25 inches x 6.25 inches and has 143 pages. 


 


The book is in good neat condition for its age, with wear/bumps and is grubby/faded to the original hardback cover, with foxing near the covers/rims. There are NO inscriptions/book-plates and NO other ink or pencil markings in the book. The binding is good with no loose or missing pages.  There is no dust-jacket.
