Model: SS2 - This model is manufactured in high grade, polished Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance, as stainless steel is hygenic, durable and easy to clean.

These filters are for use where there is no piped water supply - i.e they operate under gravity, not pressure .Ideal for travelling expeditions and camping. 

They offer highly effective filtration. The full capacity of 9 litres of water will take about 2 hours to filter through. The SS2 comes with two ceramic candles included which will filter upto 40 litres of water a day.

They can easily sit on a kitchen counter top and are well suited to remote locations where the only available water is of a poor quality. They are also very portable so are ideal for travel use as the unit will collapse down from 49cm when being used to 25 cm for transport.

This model comes supplied with two Doulton Super Sterasyl 7" Candles.
