We have this same paragraph concerning how big these jackets are in this ad four times, because people keep returning them saying this jacket "is too big". Our apologies for this ridiculous redundancy, but apparently some buyers are not reading the description.

For "Extended Sizes" (4X - 8X) you big guys really need to use the size chart. It seems as if the advice given by our customers (see above) is either not necessarily right on with the really big sizes, or some of you guys don't realize how big you really are. Please us the size chart.

This is a new, Olive Drab Green (good old OD green) M-65 style field jacket. This style of field jacket was once the mainstay of the Armed Forces. The Field jacket is still in use today by the US Military in various fabrics/camo patterns. The classic design and sharp styling of this jacket includes a warm and comfortable removable button in nylon liner. This jacket is a water resistant cotton/poly twill blend. We recommend using a wateproofing product such as silicon spray on it occasionally.

This jacket is not an official US Government Issue uniform item. It is an after market jacket, made to the same general specifications of the original M-65 uniform jacket.

NOTE: Included with the purchase of this jacket is a FREE 'Beanie' (Cuffed or Uncuffed) in Dark Green or possibly another color - a $10 value. The color/style of the Beanie is dependent on available stock on hand.
