When I say this unit has been "refurbished" I put it through a process where I take compressed air and CLEAN the motherboard, the keyboard, and all tiny nooks and cranny's! I also re-tighten all available chassis screws!!! This helps stabilize the motherboard and the entire unit! This helps with the unit lasting longer and even perform better! I also clean all surfaces with a quality 3M cleaner! This is not just an old computer that has had the drive wiped clean and that's it! I also have done the majority of updates! (To Date) This takes HOURS!!!! You may need to do a few when you get it, but the VAST majority are DONE!
