If there is a problem please allow me to work out any issues before leaving negative feedback or low DSR'S. “ especially anything less than a "5" rating can be detrimental”. Shipping time can vary dramatically with combined shipping.A low DSR rating for shipping time can greatly affect my fees and reviews I receive from ebay is beyond seller’s control.
