BULB HORN RUBBER BULB, MADE IN ASIA, Good and strong even when there are blemishes on the Surface, These are after all as used on Tuk-Tuks & Rickshaw type Transport a blemish you can usually  fit where least visible "under the best viewed place". Also very often you need to use Super Glue to  keep Brass Ferrules in place.  (Best if honesty prevails.)

Do not expect each to be like CONCOURS PRECISION OR POSH FINISH STANDARD, THEY ARE TOUGH & GOOD VALUE THOUGH.

Approx. Roughly 14 cms long (5 3/4!Inches), 9 & a bit cms Dia (3 5/8" approx) with bore roughly 12=mm  or half inch to us oldies, easily opened up.

I USE A SMALL ARBOR, YOU CAN SEE WHAT I USE IN 2nd PIC.  (NOT FOR SALE, U CAN GET FROM POUND SHOP ETC!) SHOWN IN PIC TO BORE TO BRASS TUBE, Just take care not to run long against rubber and I empty the rubber dust out to avoid it affecting the REED!, Brackets & reeds plus horns complete also available here.

Fairy Liquid helps it go on Brass tubes too, then dries off.
